About Us – Balaji Education Society Goluwal
Balaji Education Society Goluwal, registered under the Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958 (Registration No: COOP/2018/HANUMANGARH/100459), is a dedicated non-governmental organization based in Pilibanga, Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. Since its inception on 16th August 2018, the Society has remained steadfast in its mission to empower individuals through Skill Development and Vocational Training initiatives, particularly focusing on underprivileged communities, women, and youth in rural and semi-urban regions.
The Society operates with a strong governance structure comprising experienced professionals:

Skill Development Training Programs
We conduct regular vocational training courses under various government and private schemes to equip youth and women with industry-relevant skills. Training is provided in both urban and rural areas, ensuring inclusivity
Organization of Job Fairs (Rozgar Melas)
We organize district-level and block-level job fairs in collaboration with local industries and employers to provide direct employment opportunities to our trained and untrained youth.
. Community Mobilization Drives
Our team conducts door-to-door outreach, awareness camps, and community meetings to identify potential beneficiaries, especially from disadvantaged backgrounds, and connect them with our training and placement services.
Digital Literacy Camps
We run awareness and training sessions on digital tools, internet usage, online safety, and government digital platforms to promote e-literacy in underserved communities.
Women Empowerment Workshops
Special workshops and sessions are held for women on topics like self-defense, financial independence, menstrual hygiene, legal rights, and small business opportunities to boost their confidence and participation in the workforce
Entrepreneurship Awareness and Training Programs
We conduct sessions on entrepreneurship development for aspiring individuals, including training on business model creation, product development, and access to finance.
Life Skills and Soft Skills Development
We integrate personality development, communication skills, work ethics, and interview techniques into our training programs to ensure holistic development.
Career Counselling Sessions
Through individual and group counselling sessions, we guide youth in choosing the right career path based on their aptitude, interests, and local employment opportunities.
Health and Hygiene Awareness Camps
We conduct health check-up camps and awareness programs on nutrition, personal hygiene, and preventive health care, especially for rural women and adolescent girls.
Collaboration with Industry and Employers
We regularly engage with industry partners to understand skill requirements and update our curriculum accordingly. Employer interaction also facilitates smoother placements and internships for trainees.
